Joining Coty as our Global Digital & CRM Manager is a great opportunity to be responsible for a scope organized around two main subjects: CRM management and Social Media management, with a particular focus on "Infiniment Coty Paris" in the very near future.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Global Digital & CRM Manager you are responsible for deploying our niche brands digital & CRM plans for fiscal years to come and building social media calendars, coordinate with agency, and find ways to improve our performance on social media.

 

Your main focus:

• Consolidate and analyse paid media campaign reports, define KPIs and highlight PCA’s key learnings, follow-up on strategies and activations on various digital pillars: Media, Digital in store, eCommerce, CRM
• Coordinate and develop digital activations for our brands’ new product launches, manage our brands’ social media accounts - Editorial planning, tone of voice and fanbase growth.
• Develop digital toolkits to make sure markets have all necessary information to communicate appropriately on new launches
• Identify industry trends and top-performing contents and study competitive benchmarking and rank brands’ performance
• Audit e-com contents and consumer digital/e-commerce purchasing journey on key e-retailers
• Develop data acquisition and loyalty strategy and build newsletters editorial calendar ensuring ongoing level of customers engagement and DTC conversion.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like working with various stakeholders, as an experienced Digital & CRM Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have an excellent level in English and French (written & spoken). Great business writing skills would be great!
• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager ideally in the beauty industry (communication/digital agency or in-house experience)
• Have a strong analytical mind and an excellent understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem, you know how to be creative on social media platforms
• Are organized and rigorous, you have a sense of responsibility. You know how to prioritize and juggle between different projects and brand DNA.
• Proficiency in Klavyo, Sprinkr and Traackr would be appreciated
