Job Description
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various initiatives related to pipeline management, sales incentive management, and contract management in support of the global sales teams. This role is responsible for running an array of forecasting and sales territory reports, making sure the forecast is up to date, and making any changes to ensure accuracy. Additionally, this role will be responsible for administering the monthly sales incentive management process. The person in this role will partner and maintain relationships between the regional sales teams and the global operations teams. The person engages in thoughtful investigation of data to compliment decision making and are willing to go the extra mile to help the team optimize data, processes and infrastructure to improve result. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives.
- Support the execution of key commercial contracts by liaising between the regional sales teams, Legal, Operations, IT, and compliance on contractual questions and vendor questionnaires.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining a central repository of all ACAMS business contracts.
- Determine key contract terms and conditions and communicate pertinent information in the terms and conditions of each contract to appropriate end users.
- Support ongoing forecasting and pipeline management reporting.
- Ensure the overall health and efficiency of sales data in the CRM system, while continuing to develop new ways to further adoption within the organization.
- Calculate, validate, and submit monthly sales incentive statements to regional sales team within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate and complete sales incentive plan definitions, finalize sales credit and special incentives. Escalate risks in sales credit rules & compensation.
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager Sales Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams.
- Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.
- Complete ad hoc reports to provide data to inform data drive decisions and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual workplans and targets through workforce management software.
- Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provided user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
- Champions new technology/process innovation around Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.
- Identifies and helps implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field, highly preferred, or consideration will be given to candidates with equivalent relevant work experince.
Minimum of 5-7 Years of experience in sales operations.
Advanced Excel, data modeling and analysis skills, and affinity to dig deep into details.
Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.
Experience in data visualization - building dashboards and interactive visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation automation tools is preferred.
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills (commercial, operational, organizational, global) and experience analyzing large data sets.
Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.
Related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
