Your Role
As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will build and lead a team of engineers and product managers to deliver a world-class platform engineering, SRE, and DevOps function. You will be expected to use your technical expertise to build and scale high-performance teams, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver innovative technology solutions.

You Will

• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and product managers focused on platform engineering and DevOps functions
• Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the platform engineering and DevOps functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of platform engineering and DevOps solutions
• Leverage your technical expertise and background to shape and direct the strategy and execution of the teams
• Build a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality output
• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform engineering and DevOps functions, using DORA metrics to drive quality, speed, and efficiency
• Recruit, manage, and retain top talent in the engineering and product management functions

You Have

• Passion for solving complex developer needs and making development teams more effective
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering, with at least 5 years of experience leading large-scale platform engineering and DevOps teams
• Deep understanding of DORA metrics and how they can be used to drive quality, speed, and efficiency
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and retaining top talent in the engineering and product management functions
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (K8S, Docker), automation (Terraform), and CI/CD tools (ArgoCD) and practices
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience in developing software at scale
• Desire for learning and having fun along the way
