About the role

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product development processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. You must be a strategic and execution-oriented product manager able lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance global product operations and drive key business outcomes. We are investing in advanced technologies (Generative AI, NLP, ML) and critical search-related talent (engineering, product, data science, UX) to take our products to the next level.

Travel

Up to 10 % travel to major hubs (US, London, Paris, Sydney, Shanghai) to align global teams and facilitate key planning events.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as an in-house expert on principles such as SVPG, OKRs, etc. and their practical application.

  • Lead strategic program initiatives from concept through delivery that focus on improving the product development process, identifying areas of opportunity for programs, standing up the program, deciding on measurable outcomes, and effectively reporting progress to senior leadership.

  • Implement best practices for product lifecycle management, including roadmap planning, release management, user story creation, and feedback integration.

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize product development processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Champion continuous improvement—measure program health with data, run retrospectives, and institutionalize learnings.

  • Continually track and adapt to the best practices in the industry.

  • Understand and incorporate the latest technologies, such as Generative AI.

  • Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, continuous learning, and empowerment within teams.

Requirements

  • Have 6-8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or portfolio management, with

  • Have demonstrable success delivering complex, multi-team initiatives at scale.

  • Be extremely well versed in product principles and methodologies such as Agile, SVPG (Silicon Valley Product Group), A/B testing, OKRs, etc. and practical experience in their application

  • Have worked with Large Language Models, and have the ability to keep up to date on the latest technical and product related advances

  • Be able to strongly engage with large groups both in an online and in-person setting

  • Be able to work collaboratively across matrixed, cross-functional product and tech organizations and engage with different levels of seniority
