Aesthetic Sales Consultant

<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated <strong>Aesthetic Sales Consultant </strong>to become an integral part of our luxury medical practice. </p> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. More than 75,000 cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 30+ premium locations throughout the United States and Canada.</p> <p><strong>As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at AirSculpt®, you will: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.</li> <li>Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.</li> <li>Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.</li> <li>Handle other tasks as assigned by management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude</li> <li>Experience using a CRM tool</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite</li> <li>Ability to work weekends as required by business needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred but Not Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce experience</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)</li> <li>Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Insurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li> <li>Retirement Plan: 401(k) & Roth IRA</li> <li>Paid Time Off: vacation and sick days, as well as company holidays</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation </strong></p> <p>Base of $50K with total annual compensation range of $100-125,000+</p
