What We Need:We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Team by leading and executing a variety of enablement initiatives. This role supports the Sales Team in accelerating their success through increased knowledge, skills, tools, and strategic marketing messaging. The Sales Enablement Manager will guide customers smoothly and efficiently through the buying journey while ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams. What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program, focusing on execution at this level.
- Identify sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders and provide thought leadership in the areas of sales enablement, coaching and Sales Manager readiness.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders, participating in sales calls, quarterly business reviews, regional sales meetings, and forecast calls as required.
- Build a trusted relationship with field sales members/teams to support their continuous learning and growth.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, sales operations, marketing and product management, to ensure alignment on strategic sales initiatives and program success.
- Provide structured onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance the performance of field sales teams.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to curate and deliver educational content for continuous skill development.
- Coordinate content creation and utilization efforts with the sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and relevance. Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Maintain and optimize sales enablement software (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce) to ensure ease of access and functionality for sellers.

- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required; 4 years of experience is preferred.
