Partner Team Lead

The Sustainability Partner Team Lead will be responsible for the success of the partner team in delivering critical Sustainability Benchmarking work for our clients. As Team Lead, you will educate, unite, and hold accountable the partner members of the Sustainability team. Team members look to you for answers to questions and escalated issues. You are responsible for driving timely and accurate work for your region. 

 

Responsibilities

As the Sustainability Partner Team Lead, you will: 

• Assign team member workload
• Lead leadership meetings
• Review your team members work and give quality feedback
• Answer team members questions and follow up if necessary
• Ensure region success for all assigned lines of business
• Report issues and results to leaders and team members
• Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 6 months with the company is preferred
• Knowledge of Sustainability Benchmarking processes is preferred
• Able to effectively delegate workload
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite, and Conservice software
• Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
• Motivated to find the "why" behind the problem and resolve the issue
• Able to stay composed and positive during stressful situations

• Able to clearly and professionally communicate verbally and in writing

• Bachelors Degree Required
