We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Engineer to drive the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform, tailored to the dynamic needs of investment banking. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to design and implement custom solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, and streamline workflows. You will also play a key role in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring scalability and reliability while maintaining a user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to scope, design, develop, test, and deploy unique solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform
• Ensure custom solutions improve data quality and accuracy through validations and requirements without disrupting workflow
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the unique needs of investment banking operations, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, such as data warehouses, Salesforce apps, and analytics platforms
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure a seamless user experience (UX) and adherence to best practices
• Operate in an advanced DevOps environment, utilizing CI/CD pipelines and Git for streamlined development and deployment processes
• Implement and uphold Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, version control, and rigorous testing procedures
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues, and proactively recommend enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and mobile architectures
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Platform Developer II Certification preferred
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or App Builder are a plus
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and investment banking workflows is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, even with incomplete information
