PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking bright, eager interns for our Finance Department. We are looking for a Accounting Intern interested in starting a career at our Park Ridge NJ location.  
 
Overview: 
 

Completing daily bank Reconciliations. 

Journal entries for cash transactions and other month end tasks. 

Assist our staff accountant with commission preparation and other duties as needed. 

To help learn more about daily accounting tasks and activities. 

To Integrate theory and practice.  

To explore career options prior to graduation. 

To develop work habits and attitudes necessary for job success. 

They will gain real-world experience. 

They will increase their skill set by learning how to use accounting software. 

They will develop soft skills such as teamwork and communication. 
QualificationsQualifications: 

Rising Senior in college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better 

Strong business acumen and analytical ability 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Strong interpersonal and organization skills 

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships 

Effective problem-solving skills 

Self-motivated and bias for action 

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

Demonstrated personal and professional values 

Required Skills/Experience: 

Data entry and accuracy 

Attention to detail 

Willingness to learn 

Have access to local housing and reliable transportation 

Be able to work during our 10 week summer program, which is a 40-hour week, beginning June 1st, 2026 through at least August 7th 2026 

It would be great if you also had:  

Problem solving skills 

Teamwork and Adaptability 

Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands 

Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry 

Leadership experience on or off campus 

Pay: 

The pay range for this position is $21.00 -- $22.00 per hour. PIM Brands takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Worksite 

The PIM Brands Global Headquarters is located in Park Ridge, New Jersey 

This internship requires working onsite, Monday through Friday  

Business casual dress 

Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend
