We currently seeking a Material Handler w/Forklift  at our Medina, OH location

 

The hourly pay range is:   $21.13 - 22.13

 

The Material Handler operates a forklift to move mattress components from the receiving trailers to the storage racks and to move pallets of mattress encases from the encase department to the mattress assembly area.  This position may also be responsible for pushing wheeled carts of welded mattress spring units to designated staging areas.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to perform within a fast paced, team environment to maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals
• Maintain and sustain a clean area/environment.
• Excellent attendance—must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• This role requires continuous: sitting while operating forklift
• Frequent repetitive use of hands, arms and legs while operating the forklift
• Occasional mounting and dismounting the forklift, pushing, and pulling of carts and horses to clear pathways for the forklift, walking while assisting the line loader, and lifting and carrying of objects (components) up to 50 pounds.
