Compensation: $65,101 - $81,376 / year

Description

The Business Analyst works as a liaison between IT and business units; acts as a consultant; works with project teams; runs reports to ensure accurate solutions

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinating service, operations, and unit reports on an as needed basis·       Enhancing the automation of generating operational reports·       Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards·       Ensure accuracy of the data·       Apply Business specific verbiage especially for Customer interface·       Request systemic changes to further advance the reporting capabilities of the company·       Work effectively with customers to develop and deliver the required reports·       Work effectively with consultants and internal resources to accomplish required tasks·       Manage projects efficiently and effectively·       Produce ad-hoc reports when requested·       Communicate issues timely and professionally·       Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required Skills
·       JDE experience·       Proficient in Power BI·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel·       Ability to quickly understand the issue(s) being presented·       Ability to lead a conference call/meeting effectively·       Effective at time management·       Communicate well with all levels of an organization

Required Education and Experience 3+ years of business analytical reporting Proficient with JDE ERPProficient in Power BI Proficient in Microsoft Excel  Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Science, Math, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Economics,5+ years of experience in Business AnalysisBI Certifications as BI Reporting (MCSA), SQL 2016 BI Development, Data Management and Analytics (MCSE) or Certified Business Intelligence ProfessionalProficient in SQLTrained in Six Sigma

Pay Range: $65,101 - $81,376,  Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
