As you lead and develop a high-performing team, you foster a culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration. Your work ensures alignment with our governance frameworks and strengthens our connection to the Compliance function within the Sandvik Group.</p><p></p><p>Your focus ahead lies in:</p><ul><li>Driving the ERM process across the organization and facilitating risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.</li><li>Owning and enhancing the internal control framework, including testing, documentation, and remediation.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with finance-related policies and anchoring them across functions.</li><li>Promoting awareness and accountability through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Acting as an important interface between Sandvik Coromant and the Sandvik Group functions in relation to governance and compliance matters.</li></ul><p></p><p>You’re based in Europe, with the flexibility to work from one of our Sandvik Coromant offices in a hybrid setup. You report to the Vice President of Finance &amp; Procurement at Sandvik Coromant.</p><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b></p><p>A strong background in risk management and internal control forms the foundation of your expertise. You understand the compliance landscape in an industrial company. Leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration comes naturally, and you’re confident engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, including Group Audit and regulatory bodies.</p><p></p><p>Strategic thinking and analytical skills help you see the bigger picture while staying grounded in operational detail. You communicate with clarity, facilitate with confidence, and lead with integrity. A coaching mindset supports your ability to develop others, and your inclusive leadership style fosters trust, wellbeing, and performance.
