Enterprise IT Operating Unit Deputy

Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a highly qualified outcome based leader as the deputy for the Enterprise IT (EIT) Operating Unit (OU). The EIT OU spans multiple Combatant Commands and other agencies that all enable mission essential warfighter capabilities 24x7x365 in Reston, Virginia. 

 

What you'll do:

• Accountable for exceeding all OU financial objectives (ex. revenue, EBIT, DSO, bookings)
• Accountable for exceeding all OU non-financial objectives (ex. operational performance, automation, employee growth, attrition)
• Drive growth at both the OU level and across the higher level business unit
• Create short-term and long-term strategy for business growth
• Consistent collaboration with existing and new customers
• Deep understanding of new technology, automation, and AI/ML
• Coordinate with teammates and subcontractors
• Support high priority captures/proposals
• Partner with all the functional organizations (ex. contracts, finance, HR)
• Define and enforce program policies
• Implement efficiencies and manage risk

Qualifications

12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.

 

What you'll need:

• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience leading successful programs >$100M TCV as a contractor and/or in the military
• Extensive familiarity with DoD customers
• Very strong presentation/teamwork/communication skills

Desired:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of experience leading complex geographically dispersed operations staff
• 10+ years of experience in a military environment performing in an IT subject area
• Active PMP

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
