Technical Product Assistant

Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Technical Product Assistant to join the Product Development Menswear department and support the team in all back-office activities. You will respond to the Product Manager and support in all operational day to day activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all back-office activities
• Book rooms and set up meetings or shooting
• Manage daily shipments, ddt inbound and outbound, data entry
• Create and manage Excel files related to the collection overview
• Manage the entering PO into the system and sending them to suppliers
• Management and tracking of samples, prototypes and materials for collection development
• Monitor supplier order shipments and product movements between HQ, warehouse and suppliers
• Manage invoices and final balance

WHO YOU ARE

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work well in a team
• Flexible, well organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced everchanging environment
