Regional CGI Specialist

A highly skilled and client-facing CGI Specialist to lead the development and deployment of digital packaging visuals for consumer packaged goods (CPG) across the Americas region. As an expert in CGI image creation, your focus will be on producing and overseeing high-quality digital representations of products such as beverages, personal care, cleaning products, and household goods.

This is a strategic hybrid role combining technical excellence with client consultancy and regional leadership. You’ll collaborate with both internal artists and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables exceed quality standards, align with brand expectations, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling in packaging.
 

What you'll be doing:  

CGI Expertise & Production

• Produce highly accurate, photorealistic images of CPG products using 3ds Max, IC3D, and NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Lead complex projects involving multiple renders, lighting scenarios, packaging substrates, and material finishes.
• Translate 2D artwork and dielines into compelling 3D imagery for both mockup and marketing applications.

Client Engagement & Consultancy 

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, interpreting briefs, troubleshooting visual challenges, and proposing solutions aligned with brand goals.
• Serve as a bridge between client expectations and internal production capabilities, especially educating clients new to CGI technologies.

Quality Assurance & Technical Review

• Perform quality checks on artwork produced by offshore or third-party CGI teams, ensuring consistency with agency standards and regional requirements.
• Evaluate final renders for realism, lighting accuracy, product proportions, and surface detail.

Regional CGI Leadership

• Be the CGI lead in the Americas region, supporting teams in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Champion the value of CGI internally, helping non-CGI stakeholders understand its workflow and benefits.
• Help shape best practices, documentation, and CGI process guidelines for regional and global alignment.

Contacts

• Interacts across teams with multiple disciplines at all levels, collaborating on projects, making recommendations to influence change, giving guidance using their knowledge and expertise.
• External client interaction in support of our Client Service team. 

This position is in our Cincinnati OH Office and a hybrid option

We’d love to hear from you if:  

• 5+ years’ experience in CGI or 3D visualization roles, preferably within the packaging, design, or advertising industry.
• Mastery of 3ds Max and working knowledge of IC3D and Omniverse (or equivalent real-time rendering environments).
• Deep understanding of materials, lighting, texture mapping, and photorealistic rendering.
• Experience working with CPG brands and interpreting packaging artwork, deadlines, and regulatory labeling nuances.
• Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management

• Multilingual (English required; Spanish/Portuguese an advantage for LATAM support).
