<p> </p> <p>Who you will join:</p> <p> </p> <p>Within our Central Functions Practice Area, the Organization Transformation team combines expertise in organizational design, transformation, strategic and cultural change management, and a deep understanding of various business domains. We assist clients within the Allianz Group in addressing strategic challenges such as reimagining their organizational structures to enhance responsiveness, driving large-scale transformations, and shaping future-ready company cultures. Our work spans international contexts and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on both short-term and long-term projects. We pride ourselves on our diversity, comprising individuals from various nationalities and backgrounds. Currently, we are seeking candidates at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Consultant levels who are enthusiastic about Organization Transformation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Design forward-looking, scalable, and innovative organizational models and solutions, whether in the context of digital transformation, strategic realignments, or M&amp;A initiatives.</li> <li>Create project deliverables, including organizational assessments, recommendations for optimal organizational structures, project strategies, cost estimates, and more.</li> <li>Continuously enhance specialized content and consulting tools for our Organization Design services.</li> <li>Depending on your level of seniority, oversee projects, project workstreams, or contribute to project tasks related to: <ul> <li>Organization Design</li> <li>Organizational Development</li> <li>Cultural Assessment and Cultural Change</li> <li>Organizational Change Management, Project Training, and Project Communication</li> <li>People and Culture Strategy and HR Transformation</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A master's degree in a relevant field.</li> <li>Professional experience that includes responsibility for project management and delivery within a leading consulting firm or in a role related to organizational design, organizational development, change management, or HR.</li> <li>Experience in conceptualizing solutions, planning implementation, and supporting changes in the domains of organization transformation, digitalization, and process improvement.</li> <li>Exceptional project management abilities.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency with data tools.</li> <li>Fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>About us:</p> <p> </p> <p>Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
