Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Cardiology Clinical Supervisor for our Cardiology Physician's Outpatient Group Clinic at St. Luke's North on Barry Road.

The Shift:

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position

The Work:

• Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
• Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
• Previous Cardiology experience strongly preferred
• Previous management/supervisor experience preferred
• Previous Cardiology RN experience strongly preferred.
