Travel Certified Nursing Assistant/ Local Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position and location, but generally include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Taking and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Transferring patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assisting with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
• Observing and reporting any changes in patients' condition or behavior
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining records
• Following infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a CNA is preferred for both positions
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to travel and work in different locations for Travel CNAs
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays for both positions
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay Rate: $666-$777@37hrs weekly

Length of Assignment: 9 weeks

Hours per Week: 37

Shift and Time: 3:00pm-11:30pm

License Required: CNA AL License

Certificates Required: BLS Certification
