POSITION OVERVIEW

This dynamic role oversees the Clinical Nutrition teams across two premier campuses—Banner Boswell and Banner Del E Webb—leading a dedicated team of 14-16 professionals, including Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians.

SCHEDULE DETAILS

Flexible Monday–Friday Schedule

• Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule adjusts based on daily business needs
• Open to earlier start times to accommodate team requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Business Administration preferred

Your Team

Lead a highly engaged and experienced group of RDs and DTs who bring exceptional longevity to their roles, take immense pride in patient care, and are motivated and committed to excellence.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Morning:
Start each day with a Leader Safety Huddle, recognizing teams and discussing safety events

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily patient rounding to directly enhance the patient experience
• Manage team schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Collaborate with Culinary teams to guarantee nutrition needs are met
• Oversee department finances with strategic budget management
• Ensure Joint Commission compliance and maintain the highest standards
• Provide hands-on support by stepping in to cover gaps when needed
