As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to peace of mind throughout the facility. You will interact with a variety of individuals, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding Allied Universal's values of reliability, integrity, and teamwork. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner to help protect people and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff by providing directions and support as needed while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or potential security-related issues to the appropriate personnel according to site protocols.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and location policy.
• Support emergency response activities, including assisting medical staff and first responders when necessary, following site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
