<p>At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an <em>Organizational Change Manager</em> to join our UniQue team.</p><p><strong>What will you be doing in this role?</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and coordinate stakeholder awareness and engagement campaigns supporting the ITM-RC1 Project.</li><li>Create and maintain communication materials, presentations, promotional content, and awareness campaign artefacts on the Agency portal.</li><li>Support the development and production of promotional videos and communication products aligned with project objectives.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and follow up with project stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Areas, Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers, CIS Support Units, and ESOC.</li><li>Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities through stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, transition planning, and communications.</li><li>Ensure communication and awareness activities remain aligned with project implementation and change management objectives.</li><li>Support project-to-service transition (HOTO) activities, including the coordination and management of project, testing, service, and operational documentation.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports on deliverables, milestones, and documentation status.</li><li>Perform other related change management, communications, and project support activities as required.</li></ul>
