Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience.
• Familiarity with bank policies as they relate to the essential job functions.
• Basic computer skills, including loan system or equivalent loan systems required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
• Basic accounting knowledge desirable for credit/debit tickets.
• Must be attentive to detail and able to work in a face-paced environment.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High school diploma.
• 3 years of servicing experience (mortgage.)
• Ability to research and recognize problems.
• Good organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• PC experience to include advanced Excel, Word and Access.
