Responsibilities

Responsible for client invoicing and set up activities, including but not limited to, new client invoice set up and rate configuration, existing monthly client invoicing and renewals. Research client invoice inquiries and vendor payment discrepancies. Interdepartmental and external communication and support regarding invoicing. Set up and maintain client profiles in our secure portal and assist with troubleshooting issues.

 

What You'll Do:

  

• Ensure accurate billing of customers for services rendered
• Prepare, issue, and distribute invoices electronically
• Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Manage invoice preparation and submission processes
• Import data into NetSuite from multiple claims systems using CSV and Excel formats
• Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills across tasks and priorities
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client and vendor-related issues
• Document processes, controls, systems, and workflows for operational transparency
• Interface with third-party payment processors to support billing operations
• Train and collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Generate adjustment and credit memos as needed
• Support month-end close activities, including customer revenue review and deferred revenue allocation
• Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Execute billing tasks across multiple systems including NetSuite, El Dorado, Qiclink, GIAS, and Javelina

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• TPA (Third Party Administrator) experience preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in the banking or health insurance industries is a plus
• Proven ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with leadership
• Proficiency in Windows OS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated success working in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with financial and TPA systems; experience with NetSuite, Qiclink, and Javelina preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation
