The company is on track to achieve profitability and generate triple-digit million GMV.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities</li> <li>Align product strategies with business goals, market demands, and technological advancements</li> <li>Plan and execute successful product launches in partnership with engineering, sales, and customer support teams</li> <li>Partner with teams to design and deliver impactful, high-quality products within ambitious timelines</li> <li>Analyse industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to guide product decision-making</li> <li>Own the product lifecycle by driving discovery, MVP development, and post-launch performance tracking, as well as constant iteration</li> <li>Establish feedback loops, conduct user interviews, and refine features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management, with a successful track record of discovering and launching B2B products</li> <li>Strong understanding of product discovery, go-to-market strategies, and market research methodologies</li> <li>Familiarity with FinTech, AI, SaaS, or related industries; experience in marketplace models is a plus</li> <li>Skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure product performance</li> <li>Experience conducting user interviews and developing MVPs in fast-paced, iterative processes</li> <li>Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in the <strong>Berlin </strong>office of our portfolio company.
