Job Description:
This position works out of our Woodridge, MN location in the Structural Heart Division.
Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM or Monday-Thursday 4:30AM-3:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Interpret blueprints and schematics.
implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities to identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts.
Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair.
Inventory control and administrative operations, including maintaining accurate stock records, supporting purchasing processes, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day departmental workflow.
Qualifications:
Technical Diploma (± 12 years)
Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Experience using Hand Tools
Strong Mechanical Skills
Boiler and/or HVAC Experience- Preferred
Experience with EAM or similar software
