Oversee the entire AR cycle, implementing smart, growth-oriented solutions for invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and leveraging insights to optimize workflows and boost efficiency.
Manage collections and disputes, applying strategic leadership to resolve issues and ensure positive outcomes.
Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to enhance processes and drive cross-functional success.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of AR management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct), with a focus on growth through process optimization and data-driven strategies.
A visionary leader who thrives on driving innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
