Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager Day to day tasks, especially interpreting conversations and translating. Through the duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the VP of Operations, his executives, and his employees.

Major Function and Scope

• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to translate accurately and clearly.
• Organizing/archiving documents and reports. Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Collect data and resources.
• Follow up on important projects. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
• Interested in continuing a career in manufacturing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Chinese/English Required 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail- and deadline-oriented multitasker.

• Ability to make strong decisions under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in MS Office High school diploma.
