Job Summary
The Client Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The Client Manager will work directly with Relationship Manager to support and service a block of business with clients varying in size, and in various insurance arrangements. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The Client Manager is also responsible for the service delivery of Health Benefits products and services that ensure client satisfaction. The primary client will be in Central Ohio.Required Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years previous experience of Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to interact with senior level executives
- Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA,PPACA, etc.)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required
- Ability to travel is required
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Client management experience
- College degree
- State insurance license

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
Min to Max Range:
