Description
Come navigate the waters of scenic Gull Lake as a Boat Captain on our Gull Lake Cruises! We are incredibly passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating meaningful memories aboard the North Star.
About the Opportunity:
Gull Lake Cruises is seeking a Seasonal Boat Captain to drive the North Star. We are looking for someone who has their 100-Ton License in hand and ready to use! Captains greet all guests and ensure all guests are attended to in a timely and kind manner. Captains also ensure the highest level of safety, quality, service, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability.
Requirements
- Must have 100 ton merchant mariner credential
- 365 days of sea service and 90 days of Sea Service on the North Star *to obtain proper credentials (for Captain's in training)
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills (i.e. problem solving, strong customer service, team player)
- This position works varied hours through the months of May-September
