Technology Analyst Program - Application Development

Fiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you! We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest will be the framework of the firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm.

What you will do:

• Assist in resolving business-as-usual (BAU) tickets and incidents in our Digital API and Debit Web environment, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain operations.

• Contribute to the migration of Client Central portal applications to Azure by building the necessary infrastructure and re-deploying applications to the cloud environment.

• Create Splunk dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system activities and ensure continuous business operations.

• Implement tools across multiple applications to bring improvement as best software development practices, cloud migration, AI analytics.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree completing in May 2025 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.

• 3.0+ GPA.

• Strong knowledge of Java, C#, .NET, Python, Excel, SQL, or JavaScript.

• Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Salary Range

$55,600.00 - $93,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
