Senior Principal Consultant - Order to Cash

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant who brings both deep functional experience and the ability to architect end-to-end business solutions across Oracle Cloud. This role blends hands-on configuration, strategic design, and thought leadership, serving as the bridge between business processes and scalable, modern Oracle solutions.

What You'll Do

• Architect and lead Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Order-to-Cash solutions spanning Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Credit, Collections, and Revenue Management.

• Design future-state processes aligned with industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration with upstream (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing) and downstream (Finance) flows.

• Facilitate client workshops and clearly translate business needs into functional designs, configurations, and integrations.

• Serve as a solution architect, providing guidance to project teams and ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with Oracle best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with SCM, Finance, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that extend beyond traditional ERP boundaries.

• Mentor and coach consultants, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning within project teams.

• Support testing, data migration, and deployment, ensuring quality and readiness across the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Stay ahead of innovation, leveraging Oracle AI Agent Studio, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance O2C performance and automation.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of Oracle implementation experience with a focus on the Order-to-Cash process.

• Proven ability to architect cross-module solutions in Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite environments.

• Strong functional knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Credit/Collections, and related modules.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills — able to simplify complex topics and drive consensus.

• Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle implementations and leading project teams through all phases.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, process automation, and analytics is a strong plus.

• Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred.
