You are comfortable working at the intersection of technology and business, helping organisations define and build disruptive, AI-driven business opportunities. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities are:</strong></p><ul> <li>Ability to coach executive leadership on AI opportunities and their impact across industries</li> <li>Strategic mindset with experience of shaping AI-centered business models, services and end-to-end workflows</li> <li>Ability to develop strategies and turn them into actionable execution roadmaps</li> <li>Experience in building strong business rationale and preparing for investment decisions</li> <li>Strategic sales and client development</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></p><ul> <li>8+ years in business development and business renewal programs (in-house or consulting)</li> <li>Understanding of business design, customer journey design, service transformation, and technology platforms</li> <li>Strong executive presence and ability to help and influence CxO decision makers</li> <li>Solid consulting toolbox and excellent presentation and communication skills in Finnish and English</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Why Sofigate?</strong></p><p>At Sofigate, we don’t just talk about AI transformation, we live it.
