Ops Excellence Data Administrator

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and monitor performance metrics- including survey, safety scores and Hours of Service.
• Daily data entry and tracking of all Key Performance indicators
• Processing and maintaining daily SNOW survey results.
• Assisting with data processing needs of property management department
• Research and follow up of disposition of previous days quality issues
• Maintain and create data entry and tracking sheets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years college or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office Suite, moderate excel knowledge
• Experience conducting interviews and making hiring
• Possess excellent analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on-time results
• Excellent problem-solving skills, work well under pressure
• Able to communicate well with all levels of management, exceptional interpersonal skills
