Requirements:
- College Education preferred, although not required.
- Candidate must have a proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and scope of a project.
- Project management experience.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a strong cross-functional team.
- Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful
Responsibilities:
- Managing the complete life cycle of highly complex projects, including approval, planning, estimating/bidding, execution, and project closeout.
- Ensure planned results are achieved on time and within budget.
- Develops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
- Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals.
- Communicate with customers.
- Material procurement and deliverable tracking.
- Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team.
- On-site coordination.
- Manages the project financials.
- Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA.
