  • Provide individual or small group student support
  • Supervises students during recess.
  • Supervises students at lunch time and maintains a harmonious atmosphere by encouraging peaceful resolution of conflicts.
  • Directs movement of groups to and from the cafeteria in a safe and organized manner.
  • Assists students in lunch room clean-up.
  • Supervise rest rooms and hallways.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some reading/writing and language college classes preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to staff and students
  • Willingness to learn developmentally appropriate educational practices

 

  • Ability to walk long distances
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to take written and oral instructions
 Reports To
  • Building Principal

 

Start Date
  • August 24, 2026

 

Salary/Schedule
  • Building Aide - $16.00  per hour (2 hours/day) Step 1 on pay scale
  • Instructional Aide - $17 per hour (1.25 hours/day) Step 1 on pay scale
  • Lunch / Recess - $18.00 per hour (up to 2 hours)
  • Monday -  Friday
