Project Manager I

Mayvin is currently seeking a Project Manager I responsible for planning and overseeing the U.S. Marshals Service Headquarters (USMS HQ) Divisions.  The individual in this position must follow directions well and work independently.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Supports planning, coordination, administration, and execution of all USMS programs at headquarters
• Assists with planning, coordination, administration, and execution of all USMS programs for headquarters
• Oversees ongoing projects and meets with counterparts in other agencies as needed
• Develops and analyzes program resource requests
• Prepares reports, memoranda, briefing papers, and other written materials for internal and external use

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree
• Two years of specialized experience that is related to the duties described
• Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint design and editing
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including Power BI, Project, or Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous government agency experience
• A Project Management Certificate or PMP Certification (Preferred)
