Job Description

About the Role:

WynnBET is hiring a Barista.  This role will provide internal guest service to the employees of WynnBET including handling and creating beverage orders. The ideal candidate is upbeat, positive, and friendly while handling multiples tasks in a high paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a friendly smile and provides quick, friendly, and personalized service

Take orders and makes quality beverage items based on orders

Completes necessary side work including maintaining cleanliness of the space and supplies inventory

Unload and maintain backstock of supplies and communicate inventory and ordering needs to manager

Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.

Other job duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

High School diploma required 

Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in food, restaurant, or equivalent practical experience 

Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in guest service 

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills  

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently. 

Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms 

Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
