Humana is transforming its creative production ecosystem to support scalable, personalized, and compliant communications—and we’re looking for a product manager to lead that effort. As Senior Associate/Product Manager – Creative Production Capabilities, you’ll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the creative production capability roadmap while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate asset creation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

You’ll define and manage tools, templates, and workflows that support efficient creative development across channels. This role is central to enabling intelligent, modular content experiences that drive member engagement and operational efficiency.

This role supports the development of creative production capabilities, including asset workflows, template management, and integration with content and orchestration platforms. You’ll collaborate with brand, creative, compliance, and technology teams to ensure assets are reusable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development

  • Define and evolve the product roadmap for creative production capabilities, including platform features, asset workflows, and template libraries

  • Manage tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Adobe GenStudio to support scalable asset creation and reuse

  • Partner with brand and creative teams to implement modular content strategies and standardized design systems

  • Establish and promote best practices for version control, accessibility, and rights management

  • Support integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and orchestration tools to enable seamless asset delivery across channels

Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination

  • Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on creative feasibility, platform capabilities, and production workflows

  • Partner with other capability owners (e.g., DAM, content management, personalization engines) to ensure creative assets are optimized for reuse and delivery

  • Collaborate with compliance and accessibility teams to ensure creative outputs meet regulatory and inclusive communication standards

AI Enablement & Innovation

  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize GenAI-assisted creative production, including automated asset generation and optimization

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in intelligent design systems, adaptive content, and creative automation

  • Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts that enhance creative efficiency and member experience

Impact

  • This role helps Humana deliver high-performing creative assets that are modular, scalable, and compliant—supporting smarter member engagement and enterprise marketing strategies.
