The Semel Institute's and division of Geriatric Psychiatry are seeking to hire a full time Administrative Officer II. In this role you will: 

• Manage Longevity Center programmatic and operational support needs
• Division financial/purchasing/research needs; and provide clinical, academic and operational support to Division director, administrative director, faculty, staff, trainees.   
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the Adult/Geriatric administrative and research support teams.

Pay Range: $31.20 - $49.77

Required:

• Strong work ethic and work habits; ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Experience in aging service management, gerontology, adult education and/or long‐term care administration
• Experience in developing curriculum and/or training programs
• Skill in organization data for regular analysis/oversight using spreadsheets and similar tools
• Demonstrated expertise in program management and excellent organization skills
• Ability to manage and organize administrative and operational aspects effectively within a mutilated, fast‐paced office environment
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, analyze needs, develop and implement solutions in a timely and effective manner
