Position Summary
The Receptionist serves as the face of Tecumseh Junior High School and is often the first person students, families, staff members, and visitors encounter when interacting with the school. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment, and ensuring effective communication between the school and its stakeholders.
The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to provide courteous and efficient assistance while managing multiple priorities. The Receptionist plays an essential role in supporting school operations and helping create a positive experience for everyone who enters or contacts the building.

Qualifications
