Northrop Grumman Corporation CIO PMO is looking for an innovative Information Systems Project Manager who will oversee and manage the operational tools, processes and workflows. This Project Manager will serve as the liaison between various IT, Cybersecurity and Industrial Security stakeholders while managing integrated product team and program management initiatives.  

Candidates should possess leadership skills, navigate through technical strategies and thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all projects follow project management best practices by developing project plans, timelines, budgets, progress status and ensure all projects are on schedule, on budget, with high quality or have a corrective action plan
• Conducts analysis on business performance and generate artifacts and reports for program management staff and other senior leaders
• Support asset management, financial management, change management, service desk, innovation and customer satisfaction and procurement
• Assist Enterprise Services staff in following project management best practices
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate meetings and lead discussions across cross-functional and integrated product teams

This position is an individual contributor role.

Information Systems Project Manager Basic Qualifications:

• 2 Years of experience with Bachelors in Science
• Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (or higher) in order to be considered 
• Candidates must be eligible for SAP/SAR clearance
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager with knowledge in cost, budgets, and schedules
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Must have familiarity with process/project documentation and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations.

Information Systems Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering (or similar STEM related discipline) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Northrop Grumman business, government customers, and government programs
• Scripting experience to automate program tools
• Agile Experience
• Broad background in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity requirements, Business Applications, and IT operations.
• Ability to perform risk and opportunity analysis
• Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills, along with an ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
• Self-starter who works quickly and effectively, can get up to speed with program processes quickly, and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Current DoD Top Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $128,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
