Senior Associate – Americas Consulting Marketing Event Coordinator

EY is looking for a dedicated Event Coordinator who thrives on executing events and experiences for external stakeholders. This role entails aiding in the orchestration of events sponsored and hosted by the Americas Consulting Marketing team. As a proactive member of our team, you will collaborate with internal groups to ensure adherence to compliance requirements, secure necessary approvals, and meet critical deadlines and other essential criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Event Managers to meticulously plan and deliver events, utilizing essential project management tools such as Basecamp, Teams Channels, SharePoint sites, exhibitor portals, and more to ensure seamless coordination.
• Engage with the design team for resizing and refining creative elements.
• Contribute to the creation of memorable onsite experiences, including gifts, video presentations, and various events.
• Actively participate in routine event planning discussions.
• Equip the on-site team for optimal execution and success.
• Compile and deliver post-event materials.
• Archive post event materials.
• Serve as EY brand ambassador.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• A high achiever with a proactive approach with project management and organizational talents, an eye for detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a virtual space.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take initiative in a dynamic setting.
• Preferably experience in a B2B context.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, self-motivated individual.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  What we offer   We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $62,300 to $109,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $74,800 to $124,600.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
