Hi, we're Gravie. We improve the way employers offer health benefits and provide employees coverage they can actually use. We're looking for a General Manager to lead Gravie’s ICHRA Product Line . This includes the successful development, growth, customer retention, and operations of Gravie's ICHRA line of business. You’ll directly lead a small team of talented people passionate about the possibilities for our ICHRA product, and then build out a broader organization to support our growth and success. You’ll report to the President and Chief Growth Officer. A Little More About Us:· We know healthcare. You will:· Work closely with the executive team and develop an overall ICHRA market expansion strategy, identifying the needs of different industries and market segments, and then formulate and execute an overall sales and service plan.· Work to understand the needs of different industries and market segments that align with Gravie’s ICHRA solution, and ensure we position our product to meet those needs.· Nurture existing broker, agency, channel and carrier relationships nationally, and drive efforts to develop and secure new relationships for selling and supporting the ICHRA/Gravie Marketplace business.· Manage the overall ICHRA P&L. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams to ensure growth, profitability and strong unit economics of the ICHRA business.· Provide strategic direction to product, engineering, and operational teams on the evolution of the ICHRA product and operating model, with ultimate responsibility for the success of the offering that Gravie builds and sells in the market.· Partner closely with sales, product development, customer success, finance, product, engineering and compliance teams to continuously analyze and improve our product and service performance. Whether directly or indirectly, you’ll work with and manage different teams to provide amazing products and services to our customers.· Allocate budget resources, formulate policies, coordinate business operations, and monitor the overall performance of our ICHRA product.· Develop and execute on a national carrier relationship strategy to ensure our partnership and licensing arrangements with individual plan carriers is strong.· Develop and grow an organizational structure to support the successful growth of our IC· HRA/Marketplace.· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, empathetic, creative and outcome oriented.· Travel as required to meet the needs of the business.
You bring:· We care less about what your diploma says and more about how your educational experiences have positioned you as a thought leader and progressive expert in the benefits and health insurance field. · We also aren’t concerned about your last title, but we do want you to have deep experience leading and growing health plan and benefits markets, strong P&L management, and success leading and developing high performing teams.· A minimum of 10 years of sales experience selling solutions to or through brokers or agencies.· Deep financial acumen and a strong track record of managing growth, profitability and financial targets.· Ability to motivate, develop and empower people.· A passion for leading and driving results.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· High energy, excellent coaching ability.
