The Workplace Experience Insights Analyst/ Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing our workplace operations, financial processes, and employee experience. This role bridges data analytics, financial tracking, facilities management, and project execution to ensure our offices run efficiently, cost-effectively, and with employee experience at the forefront.You will be responsible for end-to-end workplace operations support: processing invoices, creating project trackers, researching and implementing workplace initiatives, managing vendors, and driving cross-functional projects. Using advanced data analytics and visualization tools, you will provide actionable insights to leadership and help shape strategy for workplace and real estate decisions.
This role requires a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently, adapting to new technologies, and managing multiple priorities. Experience in workplace, facilities, or real estate management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience & Operations
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations across facilities and workplace programs.
- Support workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Support management of vendor relationships along with Procurement/ Real Estate staff and ensure service levels are met.
- Create and maintain “project campers” (trackers) for all workplace and facilities initiatives.
Financial & Process Management
- Process and track workplace and facilities invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Develop and monitor workplace budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct cost analyses and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (and other BI tools) to visualize workplace, facilities, and financial data.
- Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Integrate and validate data from multiple sources (Oracle, Anaplan, Gemma, and other financial systems).
- Provide leadership with clear, data-driven reports and recommendations.
Project & Program Management
- Drive workplace programs with clear tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Streamline processes through automation and best practices.
- Develop process maps and workflows to improve efficiency.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate new workplace and financial technologies, lead adoption of new systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate) to drive workplace innovation.
- Recommend opportunities to enhance employee experience while maintaining cost efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Analytics, Facilities Management, or related field.
Work Experience / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, data analytics, finance, or facilities management.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar dashboarding tools).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Gemma, and comfort learning new financial software.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to process invoices and analyze budgets.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Word.
- Experience in project management, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate, facilities, or workplace management highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently without micromanagement.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating globally.
