Advisor Digital Solutions Intern

Overview

We’re looking for an Advisor Digital Solutions intern to join our ranks. This is an opportunity to work with platform owners, business systems analysts, program managers, and IT executives. The right candidate will define and implement business processes and the documented artifacts required for different business units within Commonwealth and establish ownership over different areas of our affiliate-facing platform, COMMunityLink.

 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Completing an inventory of different areas/sections/pages of COMMunityLink with their corresponding business owners
• Creating process maps of how different business owners update their relevant COMMLink information today
• Identifying and document pain points and potential areas for automation or improvement in each process
• Creating executive dashboards for tracking progress and highlighting project risks and issues
• Presenting the resulting workflows, COMMLink segmentation, relevant business owners and areas for enhancement to subject matter experts (SMEs) and business community members

 Core Strengths and Skills 

• A curiosity to understand affiliate-facing products and services, and how Commonwealth serves our affiliate community
• Aptitude to identify gaps or pain points and an enthusiasm to collaborate to identify iterative improvements
• Good communication skills and an interest in working in a team environment
• Ability to combine ideas to form a theory or design
• Willingness to take feedback to produce excellent outcomes
