What You Will Get To Do:
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data migration specialists, and project managers.
- Own delivery excellence across multiple concurrent migration engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and refine migration methodologies, standards, and best practices aligned with enterprise-scale implementations.
- Provide executive-level status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure consistent quality, governance, and documentation across all migration projects.
Sales Partnership & Revenue Enablement
- Act as the primary liaison between the Data Migration team and the Sales organization.
- Partner with Sales and Account Executives during pre-sales to:
- Scope migration opportunities
- Define statements of work (SOWs)
- Estimate effort, timelines, and costs
- Support customer-facing discussions, presentations, and executive briefings related to data migration strategy and value.
- Identify opportunities to expand migration services, upsell adjacent offerings, and improve attach rates.
- Help shape pricing models and service packaging to support revenue growth and margin targets.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, translating business objectives into executable migration plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer-facing discussions, including occasional executive-level client escalation calls.
Operational Excellence
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery metrics, utilization, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise implementation services.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and complex, multi-stream projects.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales or supporting pre-sales activities in a services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of data migration concepts (ETL, data quality, validation, legacy system modernization, cloud migrations).
