Job Summary

Responsible for leading and developing the strategic planning involved with important and large-scale high velocity business customer/projects for Comcast Business Enterprise customers. Monitors compliance with client service standards, policies, procedures, and customer order status. Develops and promotes a customer- driven service culture, often requiring direct interaction with the executives of Comcast Business' largest customers. Champions the proactive identification and resolution of issues, fallout and opportunities impacting customer operations. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates business strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation. Incorporates broad industry knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Demonstrates entrepreneurial, collaborative, and leadership versatility.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reviews current operating and future project plans and policies in the planning for overall business-related programs.
  • Reviews success/failure of completed projects. Recommends alternatives or adjustments to correct problems or solidify successes in the perspective of current and proposed operating strategies.
  • Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of tailored services.
  • Oversees staffing requirements relating to customer projects. Instructs team on project-specific assignments. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of portfolio of projects.
  • Develops technical and engineering budget. Manages all expenditures and capital projects associated with the technical department to operate within budget guidelines.
  • Motivates technical and engineering leaders to meet goals and projects. Conveys strategies and goals to Technical and Engineering leaders in an efficient and meaningful way.
  • Ensures that service, governmental and franchise demands are met effectively and efficiently through overseeing the organization and planning of staff and equipment.
  • Creates standards by which staff are selected, developed, evaluated and motivated in accordance with the EEO policy and appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that industry standards are consistently met and that technical operations comply with Company, OSHA and other applicable safety programs.
  • Sets monthly and quarterly goals and objectives. Ensures the resources are available to accomplish those goals and objectives.
  • Initiates and maintains good relations with public and governmental agencies.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $276,115.40 - $414,173.10
