The position of Integration & Transformation Project Manager will be based Remotely!

Summary

The Integration & Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing transformation initiatives and M&A Integration projects to support the company's growth and innovation agenda. The Project Manager plays a pivotal part in executing Integration and Transformational projects that drive operational efficiency, customer value, and competitive advantage across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do

• Manage key M&A integration and transformation initiatives, including digital transformation projects and organizational change management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale solutions and initiatives across business units and regions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Lead project management efforts to ensure the successful execution of integrations and transformation projects, meeting timelines and budget requirements
• Partner closely with business units and regions to drive sustainable business impact through integrations and transformation initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in project management, or related roles
• Demonstrated success in managing integrations and transformation initiatives and driving change within a corporate environment

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of deploying complex initiatives and driving organizational change
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and inspire teams to achieve results
