Pay Range: $115,000 - $133,000

Job Summary:

The Senior SAP Support Specialist will provide functional support for our S/4 Hana business applications, with a focus on financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our SAP financial systems, delivering functional solutions in projects and supporting junior team members.

Required Education/Experience:

• IT/Business Degree or Equivalent of 10 years work experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in comparable role within SAP(ECC6/S4/Hana) with hands on application management or project management
• Minimum five (5) years focused experience with FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling)
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in post go-live support in a multinational environment
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with third-party vendors for SAP support and development

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a plus
• Manufacturing experience preferably in aluminum or metals is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other modern SAP user interfaces is a plus
• SAP Certification in FI and CO modules strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support to resolve incidents, problems and questions from end users
• Manage service and change requests from end users while discussing challenges and providing alternative solutions
• Design configure and test business solutions in collaboration with the solutions/architect team
• Assume the role of incident manager for the team
• Mentor junior team member and support their problem-solving skills and development
• Travel regionally or to other global destinations as needed.
