If so, our team is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect - Modern Work specializing in Azure Infrastructure who has embraced the future. This role will capitalize on your desire to accept greater challenge, accomplish tasks through others and overcome our customer’s greatest challenges as they move in to our cloud solutions and experience the efficiencies and success within that space.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customers' overall modern work portfolio, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions (Microsoft and 3rd party solutions) using PaaS, DevOps & Advanced Application coding.
• Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
• Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices, and connect with Engineering teams to remove key blockers
• Assess the Customers' knowledge of modern work and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions

Technical Responsibilities:

• Deploy and Manage a Microsoft 365 Tenant: Understand the setup and configuration of Microsoft 365 services, including user management, licensing, and security settings.
• Implement and Manage Microsoft Azure Identity and Access: Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), user authentication, and access controls.
• Support the customer in their cloud journey of migrating on-premise Exchange servers in an Exchange Online hybrid capacity, with the eventual goal to migrate completely.
• Compliance Management using Microsoft Purview: Understand compliance requirements, data protection, and retention policies.
• Networking Basics: Familiarity with networking concepts, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
  Server Administration: Basic server management skills.

Technical Leadership:

• Proactively develops technical and professional learning and development plan in alignment with and support from their manager. Role models effective technical readiness. Acts as a mentor and role model to less experienced colleagues to educate them on technical and non-technical concepts. Participates in development opportunities (e.g., Ready, Build, Ignite).
• Shares ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft using a thorough knowledge of specific Microsoft products and their context in the competitive landscape. Participates in external technical community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team.
